If
you're a member click the login link below to
login. You'll be prompted to enter your Login
ID and Password in order to access
the back office "Members Area".
If
you're not yet a member you can signup by clicking
here.
STEP
1) Make sure you're using the browser
"Chrome" or "Firefox".
Click on the blue "Log In" button
above and when prompted enter your login ID
and Password that was emailed to your paypal
email address.
STEP
2) If you copy and paste the login and
password be sure not to copy any spaces
before or after which may cause problems when
attempting to login.
STEP
3) If for some reason you still can't
login, you may need to try a different computer,
or different browser, as some computers depending
on the location might have restrictions setup
to accessing protected directories (ie: at
schools, corporate offices etc)
LOGIN
PROBLEMS?
BROWSER:
Make sure you're using the browser "Chrome"
or "Firefox". Some other browsers
might cause problems like unexpected redirects.
If you encounter an error saying "redirecting"
a simple fix is to download "Firefox"
go to: https://www.mozilla.org ... Another easy
fix is to just press: Ctrl+Shift+N. That opens
an incognito window. Then go to: downlineservice.com/login.htm
... then click on the "login" button
again. That should bring up a drop down menu
asking for your passwords. Enter your passwords
and click submit.
CHROME:
Chrome sometimes can cause a redirect error.
If this happens it will just say "redirecting".
Close that. Then in the top right corner of
Chrome you'll see 3 dots. Click on that, then
click "New incognito window" (or press:
Ctrl+Shift+N) That will open. Then navigate
back to downlineservice.com/login.htm and then
click on the login button. You should then see
a drop down windown asking you for your passwords.
Enter your passwords and then click submit to
access the back office.
PAID
MEMBERS ONLY: If you want to access the
back office area then you need to be a paid
member. Join now
LOST
PASSWORDS: If you forgot your login and
password, as you recall it was originally emailed
to you. Please log into your email account and
do a search for: "downlineservice"
and the email with your login and password should
come up.
Alternatively,
if you can't find your login and password then
please email us. Please
provide full details on your order, such as
your full name and date of the order, so we
can look it up for you and we will resend you
a new login and password.
